like i want her going out at night for a mission and when he sees her leaving she like oh I have to "meet a coworker" and he's like oh. okay. but inside his mind he like it's nearly midnight why would she see her coworker now? but he tries not to think about it bc like they don't talk about their jobs or personal life but he also can't help wondering if this coworker is a Male.

So the thing is; I don’t think Yuri has like a loli con sister fetish thing going on. As fun as it is to shit on him for it and as weird as it is sometimes I think he just loves her and because he probably has no/very little memory of his parents and he’s definitely never had a romantic relationship in his life the only person in his life that he loves is his sister and so my take is that his brain never actually learnt to differentiate between all the different kinds of love you can have for people.

Like ofcourse objectively he knows the difference between romantic love and platonic but also Yuri at times is still mentally at the childhood phase of I love my mom and I’m going to marry her because I love her so much and that’s apparently what you do when you love someone.

Because honestly if he really was weirdly romantically in love with Yor I don’t think Anya would bother him so much but like hes just as jealous of Anya as he is of Loid which would just not be the case if he actually knew how to differentiate between all the different kinds of love. If he really was romantically attracted to yor I think he’d make a bit of a bigger show to show how “fatherly” he could be (even tho she’s technically Loid’s child)

Yuri just really loves his sister like when little kids have feelings that are too big for them to understand or to explain or do anything other than experience them at full intensity. There is no one else hes allowed himself to share his life with in anyway. He has no real friends no parents or parental figures and he has no partner he literally only has his sister she’s his entire life.

And yor was kind of like that too in the beginning; wrapped up in Yuri. everything she did was to ensure Yuri didn’t worry it wasnt as intense as Yuri’s cause Yor’s not as single minded but like look at them in the last chapter Yor actually sets and enforces strict boundaries on Yuri and how he can talk about her family when just a couple chapters ago she let him talk smack about her fake marriage and fake husband in her living room and everything was an act to prove to yuri it wasnt “real” not really. But now Yor has grown she has let other people into her life it’s bigger and it’s settled in away that Yuri can’t push back against. And just like she’s always done as his big sister she is teaching him, modeling for him how to open up his life, how they can expand to include other people in this little world of theirs and they will still have space for each other that they’ll still have love for each other.

And yuri’s first instinct is to make their world small again to make it safe take them back to when it was just them so he can protect himself protect the space he occupies in Yor’s life. until he realizes that’s not making the world safe hes just sealing them in an airtight jar. And then he lets go as much as he can anyway even tho it’s just a few centimeters. He calms down and he goes home and I think the fact that he didn’t just stay home eating food that reminded him of his childhood of Yor instead he accepts the invitation, it’s why Chloe and his first commander are so important he letting his world expand just a little bit. That he gets the little sheets Yor wanted to get for Anya. It’s proof it’s all proof that Yuri’s growing up. Hes learning to let the life in.

Of course, I’m fully expecting some sort of twist - maybe Hemlock actually really respects Yor and even loves her, but is pissed that she’s lowered herself to being a housewife. With that in mind, Loid might (correctly) assume Hemlock is jealous of him and get protective over his position in Yor’s life from that angle as well…

Either way, ‘jealous Loid’ odds are looking up!!

        the  incessant  need  to  have  the  last  laugh.  franky  could  never  leave  that  or  him  alone,  as  loid  submissively  shrugs  him  off  with  an  orbital  roll  of  his  eyes.  not  to  waste  the  last  of  his  energy.  he  needed  it  for  tonight's  excursion  &.  there  was  nothing  worse  than  going  to  bat  with  heat  exhaustion.  although,  it  truly  was  peculiar  why  the  uniforms  never  came  to  fruition.  a  notice  of  rejection  would  have  been  the  minimum  respect  to  them  all  really.  under  these  conditions,  not  even  master  yaga  could  criticize  their  lukewarm  enthusiasm.  that's  what  loid  was  quietly  trying  to  be  proactive  about.

looking  around  the  room,  every  one  of  them  seemed  bogged  down.  the  air  quality  feeling  thicker   &.   stickier  with  every  movement  they  made.  the  blonde  keeping  his  own  self  regulated  as  he  brushes  off  another  currently  rolling  droplet  of  sweat.  his  clothes  being  soaked  through  the  first  twenty  minutes  of  class,  loid  too  shrinks  away  from  the  fabric  desperately  clinging  to  every  inch  of  dampened  skin.  patiently  accepting  it,  he  nearly  misses  his  friend's  cue.  the  subtlety  of  geto's  knuckles  grazing  him  with  something  to  offer.  a  clean  shirt  ⸻   saving  the  day.   it's  a  reserved  exchange  with  a  nod  that  says  ‘thank  you’,  as  loid  swiftly  switches  gears,  responding  to  franky's  prior  boast &. geto's amusement.  jealous?   “  hardly.   ”   quip  somewhat  cocksure,  taking  the  handful  from  his  partner.  there  were  a  few  things  loid  knew  well  was  worth  the  humble  brag,  but  that  was  strictly  classified.  franky  didn't  know  the  half  of  it.   

         turning  his  back  on  them,  eyes  peer  expectantly  at  the  one  who  came  to  his  rescue   ;   ready  to  do  a  quick  change.   he  knows  there's  a  locker  room  for  that  but  it  was  now  before  the  dizzy  spells.  “   cover  me?   ”  a  shy  ask,  loid  starts  to  tug  at  his  jacket.  could  possibly  serve  as  a  partition.

From the far other side of the classroom, Suguru was half-consumed by his own school work, headphones in his ears, wire dangling against his chest as his focus split between an assignment and his playlist. That is, until he catches sight of Frankie. He can't help but tune in, slowly lifting his fingers to undo one of his earbuds as he listens in.

Suguru catches sight of the exhaustion on his friend's face, the exhaustion, that is. With that, he slips out of his seat towards his training duffel bag sitting at the back. Always freshly packed daily. He unzips it, pulling out an extra folded white tee, still smelling fresh enough of linen. Suguru crossed the room, catching the last bits of Franky teasing Loid about being jealous, and of course he smiles to himself.

He approaches without being too sudden in his movements, slowing once reaching them as he steps in beside Loid. Now that they were roomed in the dorm rooms next to one another, they had built up the kind of relationship that called for casual silence, in not having to announce one another. Instead, he gently nudges his knuckes against Loid's arm, holding out the spare tee for him. His gaze set on Franky first, then back to Loid. A smile that shows he's merely just witnessed this conversation, and he's utterly amused. "...are you?"
